​Are you ready to see the crowds build in the Great Job Search Flood of 2020?

Do you see this picture? Do you see the rider in front? Now, look deeper, do you see the pack that is hot on his tail?? It’s about to get real in 2 weeks.

The race is about to get heated and I have a question. Where in the pack, are you?

Right now, browsing, applying and the chance at an interview is not easy but it’s a lot easier than it will be in 3-4 weeks.

In two weeks July will be over and the $600 per week unemployment checks are set to stop. If there is not a new supplemental plan in place the next round of social media posts will be of those who are desperately trying to find work. It may even be scary for many.

But, if you have spent your time preparing, hunting, researching and already have developed a daily plan of executing your own job search, you will remain in front.

If you have not began your own race to find work, if you have not spent time learning about yourself and what you have to offer verse the mass of others who are and will be looking for work, I recommend you get busy and do it, now. Or else, you may be just another rider in sea of bicycles trying to just catch up with who’s in front.
